Ray Dream Tours – Your Safety Matters

At Ray Dream Tours, your safety is our top priority. While we ensure a secure and enjoyable experience, we are not responsible for any medical expenses or insurance fees resulting from unforeseen incidents.

Important Information:

  • Before your adventure begins, you’ll receive a detailed outline of your scheduled tours along with a liability waiver for your review and signature.
  • We highly recommend securing travel and/or medical insurance for your trip to Jamaica—just as you would for any other destination.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellations made at least forty-eight (48) hours or more shall not attract a cancellation fee.
  • Any cancellation made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tour time, will attract fifty percent (50%) penalty.
  • Any cancellation made within twenty-four (24) hours or on the said day of the excursion will attract a one hundred percent (100%) penalty.
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by Ray Dream Tours within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund.
